Library Summer Reading Programs are starting soon!

May 28, 2015
Summer is almost here, and that means Summer Reading Programs at local libraries!  All of the libraries in the area have great programs, and they all also host fun 'kick off' parties to get the fun started.  This year's summer reading programs have a fun Super Hero theme, with programs for all ages, from pre-readers to adults!
Check out the details for kick off party closest to you:

Rochester Hills Public Library
-Saturday, June 6th, 2:00pm
Doug Scheer will be returning for fun with zany magic, crazy challenges, super stunts, and lots and lots of laughs. This program will be on the front lawn, so please bring blankets or towels to sit on. In case of rain, we will move to the multi-purpose room.  You MUST be a resident of Rochester, Rochester Hills, or Oakland Township to register for RHPL's summer reading program.

Auburn Hills Public Library-June 11th, 6:00pm-8:00pm
This year we are kicking off summer reading with the Crossroad's Family Band! They will be performing music for all ages at 6:30 pm! Also, while you are here, sign up for our awesome summer reading program!

Orion Township Public Library-Saturday, June 13th, 11:00am-2:00pm
Bring the whole family to register for one of our summer reading programs (Read to Me, Children, Teen, or Adult). We have outdoor fun planned with activities, food, live music, and creative projects. This year's theme is Super-Hero based!
