Kids' DIY Workshop: Valentine Bean Bag Toss
The Home Depot (all locations)
When: Saturday, February 3 from 9am - 12pm
Cost: FREE
Score points with your loved ones and build a Valentine bean bag toss in this hands-on workshop. You and your child can construct a fun bean bag toss game for the whole family to love. Following the bean bag toss game board construction, your child can decorate it with paint and stickers. All Kids Workshop attendees must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times. All kids get to keep their craft, receive a FREE certificate of achievement, a Workshop Apron, and a commemorative pin while supplies last.
Kids Club® Craft: Valentine's Day Lovebugs
Michaels (Lake Orion & Rochester Hills locations)
When: Saturday, February 3 from 10am - 12pm
Cost: $2/child
They make, you shop! Kids 3 and up and can enjoy making Valentine's Day lovebugs using clothespins and pom poms.. All supplies provided.
With Love, From Me, to You
Rochester Hills Public Library, 500 Olde Towne Rd., Rochester
When: Wednesday, February 7 from 6 - 7pm (Registration begins 1/31/2018 at 9am)
Cost: FREE
Celebrate Random Acts of Kindness week by making valentines to place throughout the library. You just may make someone's day! This is an all ages youth program for residents of Rochester, Rochester Hills, and Oakland Township.
Valentine's Day Parents' Night Out
Brick it Up, 948 S Baldwin Rd., Clarkston
When: Friday, February 9 from 6 - 9pm
Cost: $20 for the first child, and $15 thereafter
Parents' Night Out gives the parents a chance to spend some quality child-free time together, while the children are supervised by Brick It Up staffers at our main location. We will provide unlimited LEGO® fun along with LEGO® videos, board games, video games, Brick It Up Raceway competitions, and MORE! Pizza, snacks, and various refreshments are also provided.
Galentine's Day Celebration!

Grab a girlfriend and join Green Hippo Gifts for a night of fun! Their 2nd annual Galentine's Day celebration will include snacks, drinks, raffles, and giveaways! Plus,10% of all profits will be donated to Haven. Celebrate the wonderful friends in your life and help a good cause!
Valentine Fairy Garden
Wolcott Mill Farm Center, 65775 Wolcott Road, Ray
When: Saturday, February 10 at 10am AND 2pm
Cost: $20. A Metroparks vehicle entry permit is required to enter any Metropark and is only $35 annually for regular admission, $21 annually for seniors or $10 daily.
Roses are red, violets are blue! Fairy gardens are fun, we will make one with you! Children ages 8 and up are invited to join Wolcott Mill to create a beautiful, whimsical Valentine themed Fairy Garden. Everything will be supplied to create your garden.

Come and see what makes Valentine’s Day so special with Dinosaur Hills' Relish the Raccoon! Learn how to show someone you care about them and make them feel special. Afterwards, children will make their own Valentine’s card and put together popcorn bags! This program is for children ages 2-6 with parent/caregiver.
Baby Bees Day Camp Valentine's Party (Ages 2.5 - 5)

Busy Bees Day Camp is an entire morning of activity, music, motion and learning! Campers will get tumbling instruction, open gym time, and participate in games, activities, circle time and crafts surrounding the theme of the day -- Valentines Day! We will provide a snack and juice half way through each morning. Drop your child off with our preschool teachers and enjoy a morning to yourself!
Four Feet Down the Trail - Happy Valentine's Day!

A seasonal favorite. Children will enjoy putting together a Dinosaur Hill valentine for someone special in their lives!
This popular program is designed to be a special time for preschoolers ages 2-4 and their parent, grandparent or caregiver. For this reason, please no siblings under the age of two or older than four with the exception of babies that will be content in a carrier for the duration (no charge for baby).
A Valentine for Nature

It’s Valentine’s Day and we’re looking to celebrate it with mother nature! Join a Dinosaur Hill park naturalist as we put together our own papercraft penguins to take home, head outdoors and create works of art directly on the snow, go snow bowling with colorful balls of ice and try out special snow shoes for children’s feet. This exciting adventure through the chilled wilderness will feature a visit to the warming shelter to defrost our little toes and put together our craft. Snowshoes supplied.

Don't worry about finding a babysitter this Valentine's Weekend! Drop the kids off on Saturday, Feb. 17th and Urban Air staff will provide 4.5-hours of fun, games, pizza and drinks, in a safe, fun environment.
