I don't know about you but... THIS WEATHER IS GIVING ME LIFE ! Sometimes Michigan really pulls through with an amazing surprise. You know it won't last, so take advantage of it. Head to a park, or a patio, or your backyard blow-up-pool... just get outside immediately.   

Have you started thinking about summer camps for your kiddos?! Now is a great time to do that and we have some fantastic options for you here!

1. Scary Story Conservation Campfire
Head to Dinosaur Hill Nature Preserve Thursday at 6pm! The scariest fear conservationists have is the extinction of a species! Gather around the campfire and listen to the harrowing tales that some plants and animals face. S'mores supplies will be provided. All ages welcome! Registration required. 


2. Jumperoo at Urban Air-Oxford
Tuesday and Friday mornings, Urban Air Oxford opens early for Jumperoo! Jumperoo is a special time where the park is open only for children 5 and under. The park opens to the public at noon so plan to stay and play all day.


3. Downtown Birmingham's Spring Stroll Event
Usher in the season at the second annual Spring Stroll event on Saturday, April 15, in downtown Birmingham featuring over 25 local businesses with special promotions and giveaways for both adults and children. The free event, co-sponsored by The Surnow Company and Cooper Street Cookies, will take place between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. with staggered start times. Registration is required and may be completed at ALLINBirmingham.com/strollregister.


4. Face Off Against Cancer Hockey Game
Sunday afternoon, head to Suburban Ice and watch some hockey! Rochester's finest take the ice to benefit New Day Foundation for Families. This event is hosted by Rochester Police Dept. and First Responders. Tickets are just $10, or $35 for a Family 4-Pack. For tickets, Visit https://give.foundationforfami... 
New Day Foundation for Families is a patient-centric cancer support organization that provides financial and emotional resources to improve quality of life and treatment outcomes for Michigan families.


5. Bitty Bops at Oxford Public Library - for kids under 2
Monday morning, enjoy stories, songs, fingerplays, and rhymes with your baby. Please make other arrangements for siblings so this can be a special time with your child.
