1. Macaroni KID Summer Kick-off Party & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony!
Thursday at 4:30pm, please join us at Cookies & Cream in Lake Orion for Macaroni KID's Summer Kick-off Party and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with the Orion Area Chamber of Commerce! There will be face painting, fun games, bubbles, and sidewalk chalk to play with. Also, we'll do a raffle for the adults with an awesome prize! This is a family-friendly, FREE event and all are welcome!
2. Lake Orion Lions Club Jubilee Carnival
Thursday through Sunday, the annual Lake Orion Lions Club Jubilee Carnival features midway rides, games, live entertainment, a beer tent and more. Unlike anywhere else, this festival is located right in the heart of Downtown Lake Orion!
3. Donut Be Afraid of Bugs! Live Bug Feeding
Tuesday, head to the Village of Rochester Hills and help give fresh food to millipedes, roaches, and beetles - and live crickets and mealworms to tarantulas, scorpions, giant centipedes, and praying mantids! Learn more about their roles in the ecosystem and why they are all so important! The Little Donut Factory will be selling donuts on-site.
4. Lake Orion High School Band at Wildwood Amphitheater
At 7pm Tuesday, head to Wildwood to see Lake Orion's High School Band! Don't miss your chance to see these talented musicians!
5. MOVIN’ & GROOVIN’ at the Village
Wednesdays at 10am, North Oakland Dance Company will be out in Festival Park at the Village. Move and Groove during this all ages event. Experience the love of dance and learn proper techniques and moves that will have you coming back for more week after week.
