1. Eagle Creek Academy’s 2024 STEAM Showcase!
Thursday at 6pm, head to Eagle Creek Academy for a family night of excitement and wonder as we bring the story of the greedy spider and his mysterious marble to life through interactive STEAM activities. Bubbles, student-created games and projects, miniature golf, augmented reality, robots, engineering, and art come together to create one magical event! We hope to see you there!
2. Canterbury Valentine's Cupcake Crawl
This weekend treat yourself to something sweet this Valentine's weekend at Canterbury Village! The shops of the village will each feature a different mini cupcake for you to sample as you stroll the village. And be sure to vote for your favorite at the end! Just $2 for a cupcake card, which includes every cupcake on the crawl! Get it at the front gate in the village! There will also be food available for purchase at the C-Pub patio, along with firepits. A great family outing or a fun pre-Valentine's date!
3. Little Lit - Sessions at 10am & 11am
Monday, head to the Orion Township Public Library for a storytime for all ages! Children ages 0-5 and their families are invited for stories, songs, and activities that promote the five staple early literacy practices: reading, writing, singing, talking, and playing! Limit 20 children.
4. Love Letter Boxing
Tuesday, February 13th at 4:30 - Ready to go on a fun letterboxing puzzle scavenger hunt? We will start our journey by making our own journals and stamps, which will be used to practice solving different types of puzzles that will be used as clues. After some practice, your letterboxing skills will be put to the test against an indoor and outdoor course to find clues to find the stamp that marks the end. BONUS: If you are in Girl Scouts, this program will satisfy requirements for a Brownie's Letterboxing Badge!!!
5. Oxford Kids Night Wednesday at Leo's!
Happy Valentine's Day! Take your little loves out to Leo's for dinner! There will be FREE face painting and balloon animals compliments of Leo's and Fun With Sparkles from 5:30-7:30 on Tuesday in Lake Orion and Wednesday in Oxford!
