1. IceFest!
Saturday, don't miss IceFest in Downtown Lake Orion! Activities include:
- Carved ice sculptures
- Live ice carving demo
- Fire pit with s’mores at corner of Shadboldt and Broadway
- Flint Street Alley warming hub information booth with Spin to Win and treats for the kids
- Participating restaurants featuring themed drinks and/or food/drink features and specials
- IceFest Retailer Scavenger Hunt
2. Home Depot In-Store Kids Workshops
Saturday morning from 9am to noon, head to your local Home Depot for a FREE in-store kids workshop!
3. Winter Blast!
FREE this weekend in Royal Oak! Featuring winter fun for everyone! Winter Blast will feature food trucks, live music, a zip line, ice skating, a medieval village, spectacular ice sculptures and so much more!
4. Wee Wednesdays
This is a free drop-in program at Oxford Public Library. Enjoy stories, songs, rhymes and more in this storytime for all ages. This program is perfect for families with multiple children.
5. Little Lit - Sessions at 10am & 11am
A storytime for all ages happens Tuesday and Wednesday! Children ages 0-5 and their families are invited for stories, songs, and activities that promote the five staple early literacy practices: reading, writing, singing, talking, and playing! Limit 20 children.
