Clarkston Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting it's 6th annual Body Mind Green Expo featuring local businesses dedicated to health, wellness and the environment on Thursday, April 19, from 4-7 p.m. in the Clarkston High School cafeteria. Admission is free and open to the community!
Live demonstrations will include water quality and preservation by Rainforest Café, cooking demos from HAP, and a presentation from Clarkston for Life about community resources for physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office and Independence Township Fire Department will also be on-site for a meet and greet.
The Clarkston Area Chamber of Commerce partnered with HAP and Carrot Wellness to bring the Clarkston Community Health Challenge. Download the “Carrot Wellness” app and join the #StepItUpClarkston tab. Prizes include a three-month membership to Anytime Fitness, White Lake Commons; three Cryro Sessions at Clarkston Chiropractic Sports and Wellness; full car detail provided by Bowman Chevrolet; and over $500 in other prizes. Winners will be announced at the Body, Mind, Green Expo at 4:30 p.m.
