The City of Rochester Hills is excited to invite the community to one of two engaging Parks & Natural Resources (PNR) Open Houses, designed to shape the future of four community parks: Bloomer Park, Brooklands Plaza, Nowicki Park, and Spencer Park.
The Open Houses are scheduled for the following dates:
Saturday November 11, 2023 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm, Calf Barn

Brief Introduction at 1:00 pm & 2:30 pm
Tuesday November 14, 2023 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Brief Introduction at 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm
This open-house-style event allows visitors to explore the future possibilities for these parks. There will be four stations, each dedicated to one of the parks, where guests can receive an overview of the ideas and input gathered in the Master Plan surveys conducted last year and the visual surveys conducted last month. During the open house, participants will share their thoughts on what features they would prefer, getting the PNR department one step closer to finalizing the roadmap for each park's future.
These stations will showcase options and visual representations of how these features may look together in the future. “Our parks are one of the many reasons people love living in Rochester Hills,” said Mayor Bryan K. Barnett. “I'm thrilled to welcome visitors from all walks of life to join us as we imagine the future of these important community spaces.”
