1. Family Fun Day - Animal Magic
On Thursday, July 18th, join Paint Creek Center for the Arts from 12:30-3:30 for Family Fun Day! There will be a balloon artist on site, animal-themed crafts, and an educational exotic animal show by Animal Magic, LLC. This event is free to attend, but due to limited space, pre-registration is required and no late entries will be admitted to protect the safety of the animals.
2. Wet and Wild Wednesdays
Every Wednesday in July slide over to the Museum for some summer fun! You’ll find musical entertainment, two huge slip and slides, a Rochester Hills Fire Truck, a foam machine for little kids, wading in Stoney Creek and water activities sponsored by the Clinton River Watershed Council.
3. Oxford Children’s Business Fair!
On Saturday, July 20th from 9am-2pm, the 1st annual Oxford Children’s Business Fair will host more than 20 young entrepreneurs at Seymour Lake Park. This event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Children create a product or service, develop a brand, build a marketing strategy, and then open for customers at this one-day marketplace. The children are responsible for the setup, sales, and interacting with customers.
4. Downtown Rochester’s Dancin’ in the Street
Back by popular demand! Dancin’ in the Street will kick off on Friday, July 19th at 6pm. Bring the whole family to enjoy live music featuring the band Your Generation as well as, a Taste Fest from local Rochester eateries and more!

Music & Me at the Village
Music & Me is a fun and interactive family music class hosted by Mrs. Calissa from Sing Play Speak. Sing Play Speak offers a unique experience that uses music, movement, and play activities to support speech, language and social skill development as well as parent-child bonding. Get your dancing shoes on and join us at the Village on Wednesday mornings for some fun in the sun! This event is weather dependent.
