What sets us apart is our wide variety of 40 weekly themed camps throughout the summer! We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive environment where every child feels comfortable, celebrated, and encouraged to be their true, unique self!  

We also offer incredibly flexible child care options with before and after camp care where families only pay for the time they use (charged on a weekly basis).

Since 1918, YMCA Camp Ohiyesa has provided quality camping experiences for children of Southeast Michigan. Camp Ohiyesa's 300 acres include cabins, climbing towers, ropes courses, fishing, boating, swimming lake, paddleboards, kayaks, archery, a giant water slide, ball fields, horseback riding, and numerous other memory-making, character-building amenities. Camp Ohiyesa has been recognized in Newsweek Magazine's Top Camps in the US.
